🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with tags still attached (if applicable).

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-returnable items include:

Wigs and hair extensions (for hygiene reasons)

Intimates, swimwear, and undergarments

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards or digital products

🔁 Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items if:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

You received the wrong item or size.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request an exchange.

💸 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return was due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
